This aircraft was lost 2Aug91 on a flight from Medford,OR to Caldwell,ID
when an engine failure led to a fire. The pilot, Art Vance, parachuted
at low altitude as he approached Chiloquin airport and survived with burns.
Owned by Erickson Air Crane from 1986 to 1991.
